To Book a Stall or float, please print off the pages below and return as instructed on the relevant form.

STALL BOOKING FORM
3rd and 4th JULY 2010
Stall prices:

Commercial £75 per day or £125 weekend

(please note Bar and food outlets may need to negotiate with the Carnival Committee)
Cottage Industry £25 per day or £40 weekend
Charity £15 per day or £25 weekend

The stall price is for a 3m x 3m pitch, if you require a larger space please contact us immediately as space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be made in advance and Stalls that are oversized will be charged accordingly and must be paid for immediately. Whilst we will do our best, last years place can not be guaranteed.

Full payment must be sent with the booking form. Please book by 31st May 2010 to avoid disappointment as space is limited.
Please make cheque’s payable to ‘Martham Fun Carnival’, and enclose a stamped and addressed envelope if a receipt or confirmation is required. NO PAYMENT ON THE DAY.

We keep our prices low but it is all for local charities so please give an additional donation if you have a good weekend.
Insurance cover is the responsibility of the stall holder.

Recyclable litter may be placed in the re-cycle containers. All other litter and rubbish must be removed by the stall holder.

FLOAT BOOKING FORM
SUNDAY 4th JULY 2010

The theme for this year’s carnival is "CARNIVAL"
You must be responsible for the safety of everybody on your float. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury to person or property caused.
Please make sure you have own insurance AND are at the starting point NO LATER THAN 1.30pm

PLEASE NOTE: Martham Carnival has the Street Licence for collections. Therefore you are expected to collect on behalf of Martham Carnival.

It is imperative that you inform the Committee how much you collect and that amount can be donated to your organisation and recorded as such.

Only five people per float are allowed to carry collecting buckets. All buckets must have a closed top.
Anyone collecting money must be over 16 years of age.
Your collectors and other walkers must stay at the side of your float only.
